What is Crowdsourced Innovation Platform (CSIP)

CSIP is a highly configurable solution designed to help any organisation target specific issues or topics that are important to them and crowdsource ideas for innovation internally, engage key stakeholders and track the best ideas through to implementation.

Provides role-based access to topic managers, moderators and community members with each user only having access to the views and data that pertains to their specific role.
Provides options to tailor the overall workflow of managing topics and how suggestions get rated.
Provides access to the information through an easy to use interface that works seamlessly across mobile, tablet and desktop devices.
Scores are weighted as per the user’s role and experience for the topic in context. This follows on to gamification around league tables for the best ideas, with the winner being promoted into the Progress tab for full project management.
Detailed project management tool with workflows, community features, monthly update reporting, DICE (Duration, Integrity, Commitment, and Effort) scores and milestone/impact reporting.
Performance tracking module provides extended reporting after the project is implemented, offering a simple survey function to get feedback and data around the success of the innovation in the future.
